I need to get back on my points plan. I've started an exercise plan called 5BX. 5BX is for guys and XBX is for girls - they're based on the same concept but have different target groups. It's easy and I think it's easy enough to stick with it

Job is going good. Paychecks are nice. Thinking about going to a gym but don't want to waste the money. Haven't eaten today or yesterday; just coffee. Dogs are getting trained well. It's cold here in Michigan. Mental health has leveled off. Fucked up therapist appointment; might owe $40.
I've been cleaning all night, and working all night and working all the past few days and I am so exhausted. I need to sleep a TON and just rest up but everything's so messy right now and I'm fasting and I got my tattoo touched up but now I have to heal it. I want to eat so bad. I wish I could just not feel hungry at all. Tomorrow will be better.

This will be my third day. Well, since 12:00am on Sunday morning, so 24 hours till 12am on Monday, and it's 2am on Tuesday so I'm at 38 hours. Wow, that sounds a lot better to me. I'm actually getting encouragement from that
